WPA Project Management Partnership is committed to the incorporation of sustainable design and renewable energy requirements in the housing sector, including Sustainable Drainage Schemes, Eco Homes and, for the commercial sector, BREEAM accreditation. This commitment has placed WPA PMP at the forefront with the introduction of the Code for Sustainable Homes and the growing requirement to incorporate renewable energy technology. WPA PMP is experienced in advising clients with Social Housing projects on compliance with 'Homes & Communities Agency' requirements such as 'Design & Quality Standards' and 'Lifetime Homes', promoting accessibility and design features that make homes flexible enough to accommodate all age groups. As part of the evolving ethos of social housing procurement WPA PMP has been associated with the Logic Homes initiative [formally Gentect] to promote collaborative working between supply chain partners, contractors, consultants and client RSLs. |
