The £4.3m redevelopment of a former industrial site to provide 46 new dwellings procured on a Design & Build, PPC 2000 partnering contract. WPA PMP was appointed by Presentation SIA to audit costs and design parameters under the Logic Homes system. The project involved WPA PMP arranging pre-contract demolition, asbestos removal and Party Wall matters.
