46 houses and flats at Leicester Road Luton have recently been completed on behalf of Presentation/Notting Hill Housing Group. WPA PMP acted on behalf of the Housing Association as Employer's Representative

Current projects include the construction of five detached houses at Finmere the first two houses will be completed by October 2010.

We are acting as Employer's Representative on a private housing development in Milton Keynes consisting mainly detached and semi-detached houses due to commence in the autumn .

WPA PMP is currently acting as CDM Co-ordinator on behalf of HMGCC at Hanslope Park and MK & Bucks Fire Authority on projects in Milton Keynes.
